Embrace fear as an ally
Fundamentally, fear is a very valuable companion. It warns us of danger and is part of our instinctual nature, provided we have a healthy relationship with it.
An imbalance usually arises from a profound experience, either one we have personally endured or one that has entered our energy field through any kind of third party. Our brain doesn't actually differentiate between experiencing a situation firsthand or witnessing it through a story or film when it comes to hormone production. This is wonderful when it comes to a short trip to the Caribbean, but burdensome when it awakens, creates, or fuels fear within us.
When an imbalance develops in our relationship with fear, and consequently with our instinctual nature, it places a long-term strain on our health system and robs us of valuable quality of life, even encroaching on our personal freedom.
When we were still hunter-gatherers, it was crucial to recognize real dangers and threats immediately. In a moment of real danger, our entire system shuts down, including our immune system, to conserve every last ounce of our strength for the impending fight. Prey animals have a natural decoupling function after a threatening situation, beautifully observable in a gazelle: the moment the hunt is over, it trembles from its nose to its tail, and then resumes grazing. This means that all functions, including the immune system, are reset to normal operation. Unfortunately, we humans don't have an automatic decoupling mechanism after a threatening situation that allows us to naturally shake off fear like a gazelle. As a result, we can remain permanently stuck in fight-or-flight mode. This makes fear our constant companion, ingrained in our bones and hovering in our daily lives like a silent shadow. Fear behaves like any other energy: if we avoid and suppress it, it becomes a powerful magnet, a gateway into our energy field, and this leads to further, what I call, "relationship anxieties."
In the session, we create a completely safe and spacious environment and invite your fear in for a cup of tea. My absolute favorite! In this process, we separate your own fear from the additional external energy, which I energetically support. You will be amazed at how lovingly and gently the session can unfold when we shift our perspective and engage in a valuable exchange with your fear and your needs. Through this, years of fear can transform into precious gifts. You will learn a new way of communicating with your instinctual nature and a path to gradually reconnecting with it in deep trust. We conclude the session with a decoupling technique, and you will learn a method to decouple yourself, if needed, to return to your original state of peace and security.
When we re-establish a healthy relationship with our own instinctual nature, we will discover how much freedom and primal trust flow back into our lives.
The path to healing our fear leads through it!
If your fear stems from a deeply rooted experience, whether from this life or another time, I have an additional offering that is more profoundly grounded. It's a multi-step process in which we travel back in time and heal the fear at its source. We work with all involved parties—your soul and others. We distinguish what still serves you and what we release into light and love. We bring the former and integrate it into your current being, and we release the latter into its destiny so that all parts can continue their journey and embark on their healing path.
This program is also available as a one-week retreat; feel free to ask me about it directly.
