Nearly half a century ago, things were quite different in the West. When I was a child, special abilities weren't openly discussed; quite the opposite, in fact. The witch burnings gave rise to generations of silence. My grandparents and parents practiced in secret, or in some cases, tried to suppress their own abilities. The last 800 years in the West have been incredibly cruel to people with special abilities and those who preserved ancient knowledge. Access to universal wisdom has been preserved in the most remote corners of the world, in places that, due to their harshness, presented particular challenges, in our DNA and of course in our pure consciousness.
So, when I asked questions as a child, I was given the hand signal to be silent and not speak aloud so that no one could hear. At this point, the lineage of seers and my teachers from the upper world began to instruct me. In my early twenties, I studied shamanic healing methods with Sandra Ingermann and Michael Harner, which officially marked the beginning of a years-long, enlightening journey around the world back to the roots of my existence. In my late twenties, I completed my first shamanic trainings with the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and continued my path with great shamanic masters such as Dr. Alberto Villold and Puma Fredy Quispe Singona, as well as with Dr. Gabor Maté, who fundamentally and profoundly changed my understanding and perspective on addiction and trauma. My journey took me around the world to the Lakota, to whom I felt a deep connection as a child, but also to the Aborigines, the Maori, the Shipibo, the Kukama, the healer lineages of the Andes, and other nature tribes. I was allowed to delve deeply into the cosmic teachings beyond heaven and earth and to remember who I am.
My journey in this incarnation has led me through all the depths and traumas of my own soul and collective processes since the beginning of time. Addiction, dependency, codependency, repression, pain, suffering, grief, loss, betrayal, isolation, and last but not least, death and rebirth. The path I once chose for myself led me to experience everything I offer you, and to heal through and within myself. As a teenager, I twice attempted to leave this planet; today I know that leaving is not part of my journey, but quite the opposite: bringing my essence to this Earth. I myself am pure starlight, come to remind you who you are and why you once came to this planet. Your essence remains untouched beneath all experiences and waits for you to reconnect. To truly understand, however, you must walk the path yourself, remove the masks, one by one, and consciously let die what no longer serves you.
We learn from within ourselves, transcending our consciousness, just as we did before. The more we begin to embrace and consciously invite our true self, our essence, the more we return home to ourselves. From my observation, we incarnate with only a small part of our consciousness, though this depends on the individual and their journey. Children being born now bring significantly more consciousness with them than we did 40 years ago. However, we are all currently walking the same path of awakening, albeit on different routes. Each of us has our own unique journey; some have incarnated many times, others not. Nor do we all come from the same star, the same universe, the same galaxy, or for the same reason. The Earth's frequency is continuously increasing, which synchronously affects our own frequency, and everything that once slumbered deep within our subconscious is now awakening in our conscious mind.
For my part, I am myself a star, born from a black hole; I remember my first thoughts as an independent consciousness 3 trillion years ago. Our physical body is earthly, but our consciousness is cosmic and immortal. I have lived in countless incarnations, in this human cycle and in previous ones.
Although I have practiced and taught for many years, I still see myself as a student of medicine and my higher consciousness. My work as a shaman is based on spirit medicine. Connected to the spiritual lineage and plant medicine, I serve as an empty vessel, a door opener, a translator, a purifier, and the left or right hand of your future self, as needed, for transformation and healing. As Pampamesayok, I open the portals to the spiritual lineages and other dimensions that reveal themselves to you and teach you how to communicate with the spirit world in the ceremonial space, so that you remember who you are and where you come from. Through this work, we open the doors to your own medicine, your potential, your abilities, your wisdom. As a cosmic womb and midwife, I create and hold special spaces for the return of your higher consciousness.
Rooted in the archaic cosmic healing culture, it is a great honor and a blessing for me to serve as a bridge between the worlds and to open and hold the space of unlimited possibilities for you.
