During your first Kambo ceremony, a point is marked to assess your sensitivity to the medicine. In subsequent ceremonies, the amount applied depends on your sensitivity. The goal is a deep cleansing. Water is important for flushing toxins from your body, along with anything that doesn't belong to you, both physically and energetically.
