Piñón Blanco is a powerful little seed from the Amazon that is famous for not containing any shitana, or dark or heavy energies. This enables it to cleanse our entire system, both physically and mentally, with a certain ease. At first, we feel a certain tiredness, which lasts throughout the cleansing process. In my personal work with it, I can wonderfully observe how it cleanses my mind. During the cleansing, I feel like a silent observer and watch as old beliefs that no longer serve me are drawn from my mind, a bit like weeding or vacuuming. I say "he" because it refers to the seed. Sometimes this very step can be very difficult for us, because we enter into relationships, including with our parasites. Often, they can seem helpless and needy to us, or we aren't even aware that energies have crept into our system. We think that the cravings for chocolate, cola, pizza, etc., belong to us. But you're wrong! What's keeping you awake at night are your pets and parasitic energies that feed through your body. After the cleanse, you'll feel it, a new mind and body developing. You'll feel freer and lighter and no longer have the compulsion to eat certain foods. If you look more closely, you'll also notice that the foods you're craving don't have much to do with food at all. They have no healthy qualities at all; they're made of chemicals and artificial sweeteners or unhealthy fats that don't nourish our body and mind, but actually feed foreign energies and a host of unbalanced bacteria and microorganisms.
