Sometimes we don't know what we're missing until it comes back!
There's no better time to come home than now!
Soul Retrieval
During a traumatic experience, it's possible for a part of our soul to split off and seek refuge in a safe place. The reasons for this are quite simple and serve to protect us, as this part of the soul carries a portion of the memory of the event. Often, after a life-changing event, we are not immediately able to process the associated energy.
The separation is therefore primarily a great gift to us, allowing us, for example, to find peace, recharge our batteries, and focus on vital physical healing before turning to energetic healing. In cases of childhood trauma, it may also be necessary to become an adult for the first time in order to provide a safe space for the soul fragment.
Signs of soul loss.
Most people intuitively know, even while reading this section, whether soul retrieval might be relevant for them at this time. Furthermore, we might experience, for example, a certain inner emptiness, a recurring feeling of coldness, loneliness amidst loved ones, or an indefinable longing. The symptoms can vary from person to person, but they all have one thing in common: they cannot be permanently resolved by anything else. Not by a new designer dress or a new Porsche, nor by a new relationship, a new apartment, a new adventure, or the use of mind-altering substances. All these things can distract or numb us for a while. However, as soon as we return to our daily routines and thus increasingly act from our subconscious, the feeling of loneliness and emptiness becomes clearly noticeable again. It can also manifest as dissatisfaction, inner conflict, or in some other way that we cannot resolve externally.
In a soul retrieval, the part of the soul that may have left us a very long time ago is brought back. Afterwards, it is important to take time to communicate and connect with this part of ourselves in order to properly welcome it and reintegrate it into our lives.
