Yoga
"Peace begins with each of us taking care of our body, mind, and spirit every day."
Thich Nhat Hanh abgw.
I see my task as a shamanic yoga therapist as revealing a playful and loving approach to your own body.
The word yoga comes from Sanskrit and literally means "to yoke." In a figurative sense, it represents the reconnection of something that has been separated and is often translated as "unity." Through regular yoga practice, the balance of body, mind, and soul is established and maintained.
In my classes, you will learn, among other things, to perceive your emotions and feelings, to allow them, to recognize their origins, and also to transform them through your intention combined with impulsive, healthy movement.
Energy Transformation
Activation of Self-Healing Powers
Whenever possible, yoga classes are held outdoors, as this gives us direct access to the naturally occurring energy of the elements, allowing us to incorporate it more effectively into the exercises and draw on their strength. This depends on the location of the class. Should the weather change or be unpleasant, classes will of course be held indoors, adapted to the current weather conditions and season. The emotional/energetic level is only one building block, however. Through the asanas we bring our body back into shape and keep it fit, mobilize our organs for better functionality, and learn to perceive our mind differently. The conscious and subconscious. The consciousness exercises serve to sharpen your intuition, to become clear about who you are and what you want to achieve in life, to distinguish a lie from the truth, to focus on your goals and to put them into action. Our hormonal balance changes every 7 years, our thoughts and experiences even daily and so we are regularly confronted with changes in our own emotional and sensory levels, which we cannot clearly define directly in case of doubt, since everyday life usually leaves us little time for our inner selves.
Autogenic training helps you playfully relax your mind, and in connection with the elements, I teach you to perceive and transform your energy. Elemental Meditation.
When your roots are deep, you needn't fear the storm! Yoga can root us deeply, because in the asanas we focus primarily on perceiving our bodies and experiencing our breath consciously. This not only grounds us but also creates a more intense relationship with ourselves. The fascinating thing about yoga is that we need nothing but ourselves. While in Hatha Yoga we linger in the individual asanas for a moment and intensify the movement, in Dru Yoga we allow the movements and energies to flow freely.
"When you speak, you are only repeating
what you already know.
But when you listen, you may be able to learn new things."
Dalai Lama
Meditation not only relaxes the body and mind, but also gives us a better quality of life, vitality, and joy.
Most people have a clear idea about meditation: that they can't do it. At least, that's what I hear time and time again. But many of them also have the wrong idea about meditation. In the beginning, it's not about not thinking about anything, quite the opposite, it's about acceptance, awareness and union. The calm that sets in when I don't have to judge anything, but can just relax and watch. There are many different ways to meditate. Basically, there is no right or wrong, at least not across the board. The right meditation is the one that feels good for you. I teach various meditation techniques, especially for beginners who claim that they can't do it and are then quite surprised at how easy it was and how good it feels.
When we meditate, our brain waves oscillate from beta to alpha. The alpha vibration is the so-called gateway to an altered state of consciousness. As you expand your meditation practice, you will then enter the theta wave range, which is the vibration at which we experienced our lives up to the age of 7. This is where our subconscious was primarily programmed with everything we saw, heard, felt, and learned. All hypnotherapy is based on the vibrations of theta waves; they are the waves of the subconscious. Through regular meditation, we can not only overwrite the programs of our subconscious, but we also stay constantly up to date on what makes us happy, what bothers us, and where we might need to change something in order to lead a happy, healthy life. Delta and gamma waves also play a role, of course; you can learn more about this in my courses. Regular meditation, of course, has many other positive effects on our bodies. It increases feelings of happiness and simultaneously alleviates depression, anxiety, and inner restlessness. It reduces the feeling of stress, allowing you to get through the day with all its challenges more relaxed. Brain mass changes, allowing you to better process difficult emotions. Blood pressure and cholesterol levels are lowered, which has a positive effect on our cardiovascular system and reduces the risk of heart attack. You strengthen your immune system, improve your sleep quality, and through conscious meditation, you can integrate and anchor any other quality or characteristic you desire into your life.
Your body can do anything. It's your mind you have to convince.

Aroha
Aroha is inspired by the Haka, the Maori war dance of New Zealand, with its expressive movements and traditional kung fu and tai chi elements.
The Haka demonstrates the outstanding power that lies dormant within every human being and is expressed through our willpower. Haka awakens the power of the center, an inner centeredness that leads to overall well-being. It provides an absolute motivational boost to achieve everything we set our minds to in life.
Elements are taken from Kung Fu, such as kicking, open-handed striking, and imitating animals in various attack and defense poses.
Tai Chi gives the program its rounded and concentrated movements, making it even more fluid.
