Terms and Conditions

For my complete range of shamanic services, my online offerings, treatments, training courses and retreats.

Welcome to Taiao!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Taiao's Website, located at https://taiao.de.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Taiao if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

These terms and conditions govern the legal relations between the organizer of live events – the company TAIAO, with its registered office at: Arin, 08129 Calca, Cusco, Peru, RUC: 20612835587 registered with the Municipal Court in Cusco (hereinafter referred to as ‘ the provider’) and participants in live events organised by that company (hereinafter referred to as ‘ the subscriber’).

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

  • The participant participates in the event on his own responsibility.

  • The participant understands that by participating in my program, he consents to consciousness-expanding work.

  • The main goal of my shamanic work is to cleanse parasitic energies and restore a higher consciousness. This cleansing process transforms energies, which in total can also be described as a rebirth process. The participant understands that this can change his personality and perception in the long term.

  • The Provider does not guarantee that the application of advice and procedures recommended under a live event organized by the Provider will achieve the intended effects and results. The Provider assumes no responsibility for any failure to meet the objectives, effects and results claimed in the presentation of the live event or presented at the live event itself. Achieving goals and effects depends on the abilities of the participant.

  • The live action may include elementary procedures that aim to release the participant and his internal activation and personal development. The participant is aware of this fact. His participation in the live event is entirely voluntary and, by entering a live event, declares that he is responsible for himself, his behavior and his decision-making during the event and after the live event.

  • The participant acknowledges that participation in a live event may constitute a temporary psychological or emotional burden.

  • The live event is focused professionally and also has a transformational dimension, but it does not replace medical or psychotherapy care!

  • By entering a live event, the Participant acknowledges all the information provided in these General Business Conditions.

  • Participating in a live event does not replace a doctor's visit!

  • The participant by clicking on the Orders button with the payment obligation confirms that he is competent and responsible for his health himself and is fully responsible for his decisions.

  • The Provider shall not be liable for damage to property or health arising during the event, unless they were caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

  • In the event that the participant does not feel physically or mentally competent to participate in the event, we recommend consulting a doctor.

  • Special additive for Plant Medicine such as Ayahuasca and San Pedro.

  • I confirm that I received a detailed consultation prior to my admission to a ceremony or retreat.

  • I confirm that I am completely healthy, both physically and mentally. I have been informed that this is a basic requirement for working with herbal medicine and that I cannot participate under any circumstances otherwise.

  • I was informed that Ayahuasca and San Pedro are consciousness-expanding substances, the experience of which can be life-changing.

  • Plant medicine is known to allow us to experience a rebirth process where everything that no longer serves us, and especially everything that impairs our health, dies. It is not uncommon to experience this death while fully conscious, which can be a very powerful and life changing experience.

  1. ORDERING AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT

  • By signing up for the event (via a web form, email or online system), a binding order is created and the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

  • The place at the event is reserved only after payment of the participation fee in full, unless otherwise agreed.

  1. PAYMENT AND INVOICING

  • The price of the event is always stated with the program or within a specific offer on other web interfaces

  • The participant will receive a payment certificate and an advance/tax document upon receipt of the payment.

  • Payment is made by bank transfer or through payment gateways on the website.

  1. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • Cancellation policies vary greatly depending on the event. Generally, deposits for retreats are non-refundable, as they cover reservations with third parties, such as hotels, colleagues and transportation.

  • Since money transfers to Peru involve high fees, only the amount actually received in the bank account can be refunded, less the 18% IGU (International Value Added Tax), which must be paid directly upon receipt of funds in Peru.

  • If all parties agree and cancellation is possible with the colleagues involved, changing the date or offer is usually more sensible.

  • Refunds are not possible for my online offers, as you already receive the participation link with your payment. This link remains valid even after the event. Therefore, even if you are unable to attend at the same time, the link retains its full value, as you can access the event at any time afterwards that suits you.

  1. CHANGES IN THE PROGRAM

  • The Provider reserves the right to change the program, place or time of the event due to the needs of the participants, force majeure, illness of the lecturer or other unforeseeable events.

  • Participants will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  • All personal data of the participants are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.

  1. FINAL PROVISIONS

  • By submitting the application and paying the participation fee, the participant confirms that he/she has read these terms and conditions, understood and agrees with them.

  • These conditions are valid for all events organized by TAIAO under the leadership of Felicia Thanheiser, wherever they are held in the Peru or abroad.
